European World Peace Assembly

The tradition of European World Peace Assemblies (WPA) on the beautiful island of Hvar started in 2002, near the oldest Croatian city of Stari Grad, founded 2500 years ago by ancient Greeks. The Greeks called it Faros, which means “light”. These WPA's attracted hundreds of course participants, year after year, and we are delighted to revive this tradition now. In the vicinity of Faros there is a beautiful 4 square km piece of land with excellent Vastu on which we plan to build Novi Faros – New Faros, a Mediterranean Maharishi Vedic City for everyone who would like to live  here in an ideal climate with year-round sunshine. All course participants will have an opportunity to visit this land and join our Vastu group. We are grateful to our Raja for his continuous support of this project.

Here we present our new course offerings, this time all in modern villas with proper orientation, in the scenic environment of Vrboska – a peaceful small town situated on the north side of the island Hvar. You will enjoy deep knowledge and experiences, special events, beautiful nature, crystal clear sea and lovely beaches, delicious ayurvedic food and the blissful company of like-minded people from all over the world. VASTU BUILDER SEMINAR

During the Vastu Builder Seminar you will enjoy the best talks and documentaries from more than 15 of the world’s leading experts in Maharishi Vastu^® architecture. Material for this seminar is compiled from all previous Vastu training conferences in the USA and Europe and will also include lively questions and answers sessions sessions with the Deputy Ministers and Architects at MERU.

This is a unique chance for everyone interested in Maharishi Vastu knowledge to gain in these compact and comprehensive sessions the applied knowledge of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda.

The main purpose of the Vastu Builder Seminar is to inspire and train people to build group projects. Course participants may be of any profession (not necessarily an architect or civil engineer, etc.) - the Seminar is open to all who are interested and determined to build their own Vastu home, or being a professional in the field to do so for others. The only condition to attend the course is that you are a Meditator, Sidha or TM-teacher with the strong intention to build your own Vastu Home, or a Peace Palace, Peace Colony, Maharishi Tower of Invincibility, etc. Particularly Croatian citizens interested in starting a Peace Colony are encouraged to attend this seminar.

• Introduction to Bau-Biology, practical measures to avoid electro smog and EMF fields

MAHARISHI ON BRAHMA SUTRAS

with guest lecturer Prince Blücher

8 – 15 September 2012

We are very delighted that Prince Blücher from Germany will join us during this week of the World Peace Assembly and give insightful talks about Maharishi's commentary on the Brahma Sutras. Prince Blücher attended the first TM-Teacher training course in India and had the rare opportunity to be with Maharishi when he worked on the commentary of the Brahma Sutras. Prince Blücher was very enthusiastically received when he first spoke on Maharishi and the Brahma Sutras during a course at the Brahmasthan of India. Now we have the privilege to welcome Prince Blücher on our course on the Island of Hvar, Croatia.

 The Brahma Sutras are a very special Vedic text, which is traditionally called Vedanta, the end of the Veda. Under many circumstances Maharishi has commented on the Brahma Sutras. Every single sutra deals with nothing other than wholeness and in a way contains the whole set of Brahma Sutras. During this week we will have the opportunity to study the first three sections of chapter one. The focus will be to study the Brahma Sutras in the light of our own experiences of growing consciousness.

About the guest lecturer: Prince Blücher was the first National Leader of the German TM Movement. He was initiated into Transcendental Meditation in 1960 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in Stuttgart, during his first stay in Germany. He attended the first Teacher Training Course for 3 months in 1961 in Rishikesh and along with his wife attended, almost yearly, courses with Maharishi, including the Enlightenment Course in Vlodrop, Holland. Prince Blücher is now living in Grison, Switzerland.

MAHARISHI VEDIC ORGANIC
AGRICULTURE AND GARDENING

Key to Global Sustainability

This is a course for those who love Maharishi’s knowledge—it extends the knowledge of the Self deep into the field of agriculture and the environment, showing that every aspect of the environment is actually the same in structure and function as the Self of everyone.

Maharishi explained agriculture as ‘agree-culture’—‘agreeing with the culturing intelligence of nature’. In doing so, Maharishi reconnected all the parts of the knowledge of agriculture with their source in consciousness, the Self, and with the internal dynamics of the Self, the Veda. This revives the full value of agriculture and brings the possibility of agriculture that is completely nourishing, completely sustainable, and makes the farmer the ‘Father of the nation’ that is invincible.

The emergence of this enlightened agriculture from the many damaging practices of the past is an enormous transformation. All the important modern research and profound Vedic technologies are covered in detail, showing that organic farming and gardening can now yield higher quality and quantity with a fraction of the work. The scientific understanding is presented in a way that is easy to grasp, as is the Vedic understanding, which seamlessly meshes with the most recent research in organic agriculture.

The crowning achievement of Vedic agriculture that creates completely nourishing food for enlightenment is Maharishi’s specification of the Vedic recitations to ensure complete transformation at each stage of growth of the crop.

Over 1600 slides and videos illustrate every point and ensure fast-moving delivery of theory and practice. PRICES OF HOUSING AND MEALS FOR ALL COURSES

Prices are per person (in Euros) and are different in different tourist seasons (see chart below). Meals include ayurvedic lunch and dinner every day of your stay. Tourist tax is included in all prices. All apartments have mini kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. Warm milk is served at the end of each evening meeting.

The course location: Vrboska on island Hvar, also called “Little Venice”, is a sunny island town surrounded by great natural beauty – pristine beaches, fragrant pine forests and crystal clear sea.

The island of Hvar is easily reached by ferry (1 hour 40 min) from Split – the second biggest city in Croatia, with an international airport. Inexpensive flights to Split (SPU) are available from many European cities. Alternatively you can also fly to Zadar (ZAD) and take a bus to Split.

Course participants will stay in brand-new 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, in a tourist villa with perfect north entrance. All other activities, including course lessons, meals, and group program will be conducted in the same or other nearby buildings with perfect north entrances.

We wish to welcome many course participants from your country to enjoy group-program together in this beautiful place, and thereby increase the coherence of the region and the whole of Europe.
